Contenido principal del artículo
Resumen
This research work addressed the issue of emotion management in early childhood children, in the light of empathy, considering the post-pandemic context and its relationship with coexistence in the formal public education of the district of Bogota. As main objective, a pedagogical proposal built for the strengthening of coexistence was proposed and developed. Methodologically, a qualitative approach was followed, based on action research where the students' impressions were systematized and questionnaires, observation and field diary were applied. For the analysis of the information, the categories empathy, coexistence, pedagogical practices and post-pandemic were defined. The results of the application were mostly positive to the extent that the pedagogical proposal was successfully developed and allowed the children to generate spaces for dialogue and self-recognition, in addition to improving classroom dynamics. As conclusions, it was found that the pandemic affected the cognitive and socialization processes in children and families; the importance of addressing the emotional management of children and the need to generate scenarios that enrich the discussion on the subject is highlighted.
