“Self-control” program, to reduce aggressiveness in adolescents in times of pandemic

Abstract
The objetive of this article is to show the effectiveness of the “Autocontrol” program in modifying the levels of aggressiveness in firs year high school students from an educational institution in Lima and the aforementioned program can be carried out in the current scenario that we are living because of the pandemic. We worked with the quantitative approach, experimental desingn, with a quasi-experimental sub-design. The pretests show that the control and experimental group presented similar initial situations, but after the application of the self-control program, the contrasts werw observed in the two groups. In conclusión, the self-control program modifies the levels of aggessiveness in first-year high school students from an educational institution in Lima
