The influence of organizational communication in rural development

Abstract
Organizational communication is essential in companies, organizations, public, private and social, among others in order to be more competitive and improve their productivity, its relevance lies as a strategic component in the development of a certain territory, which allows encourage people to promote communication spaces: interact, propose new ideas and projects that condescend to obtain greater benefits to the organization. From this it can be indicated that there are many organizations and that these in turn have a communication strategy through an innovation network at the macro-regional level and that it needs to be strengthened by articulating its annexes, districts, provinces that allow them to have greater possibilities of development. This calls for knowing the main problems that rural communities have regarding the lack of integration, participation and organization within their community, through a case study it is sought to identify this problem in the district of Huancas, province of Chachapoyas, Amazonas, 2019. The proposed objective was to identify the causes that have been causing the organization to have no impact on said district, which entails proposing a strategy based on an organizational culture that allows it to achieve its rural development. The results indicate that the local organization as a whole has members with limited participation, other individuals from the community have not been actively participating in any type of organization, but they do have the initiative to work as a team. In general, the organization has problems in translating its agreements and in making decisions that allow them to fulfill their commitments. Keywords: productivity, Communication, organization.
