Abstract

This work is based on a bibliographic review of Corporate Social Responsibility, in view of various scientific articles published in journals. This work analyzes the scope of Corporate Social Responsibility as a more specific practice, and respects it as a moral or ethical duty based on the duties or obligations that each organization may have. It also pays attention to the new vision of strategic management and ethical organization, in which technological, economic and cultural changes have redefined the interaction with its public and its environment. If we talk about the social, we understand that people and the community, who are dependent on the subject, must be responsible. In this context, it is necessary to understand that the social responsibility of entrepreneurs has been won in organizations through greater recognition of the potential to support development and commitment, the return of economic production to the company, if it is an advantage. qualitative and the environment. In this way, social responsibility is one of the ways that companies practice philanthropy from organizations to citizens, and for investors and companies, it is more important to have an image in front of their competitors, clients and society and establish protection. The natural environment has increased employee productivity, investments are attractive to investors, increasing markets, strengthening control standards, so that competitiveness can be achieved.
