ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND PEDAGOGICAL MANAGEMENT IN A STATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION OF PERU
Main Article Content
Abstract
This article aims to establish the relationship or correspondence between organizational culture and pedagogical management. This study is framed within descriptive, correlational and cross sectional investigations, since through analysis, observation, comparison and description of the variables we have established the presence of a relationship between them. We worked with a population of 71 teachers from the Glorioso Húsares de Junín Educational Institution in the El Agustino district, which was determined as a sample. The statistical data that support this investigation come from the results obtained by the application of the instruments. The results showed that there is a relationship between the variables studied, which is why the null hypothesis was rejected, verifying the general and specific hypotheses. Finally, we conclude that the greater the organizational culture, the greater the pedagogical management and or viceversa.
