Abstract
The objective of this article is to determine the relationship that
exists between transparency and management in the Municipality of Villa
el Salvador 2020. In principle, antecedents related to transparency and
public management are presented, later we mention some of the theories
to understand in its real dimension our variables as elements of change.
The methodology used in this research is descriptive correlational, the
approach is qualitative, the design is non-experimental, descriptive,
explanatory, cross-sectional, transactional. Our population is made up of
120 citizens who live in plot 3A, sub-space 2A Villa el Salvador, the
sample is made up of 91 people, the content is of the non-probabilistic
type. The information was collected through the survey. Finally, it was
concluded that there is enough evidence to indicate that transparency is
significantly related to management in the municipality of Villa el
Salvador, with the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient for the transparency
variable being 0.852 and 0.812 for the public management variable, which
presents a high level of internal reliability.
