Abstract
Access to drinking wáter and sanitation is a human right, which should not be denied to anyone, because according to studies carried out, ther is enough wáter for the more tan seven million inhabitants on the planet; however, this liquid element is scarce due to por management in manyo r almost all cases of the autohorities on duty. In this sense, it is sought to analyze universal Access to this wáter service and also to sanitation, which is a fundamental part that people have the right, since as a consequuence they Will have better health and the ability to produce. Thus, according to the modern visión of the legislation, this is considered a human right, the same that corresponds to citizens to ensure that they have quality water and sanitation. As materials, technology was used to search for Articles related to the topic in question; the inclusión and exclusión criterio were carried out, the verification of the UNESCO Thesaurus, therefore, the results were the consideration of 13 references for the Introduction and for the content, the revisión of 50 references; In conclusión, it is necessary to better organize the information.
