Polocy análisis on technologies and connectivity in times of COVID-19

Abstract
The situation that we have been experiencing in this contex of a COVID-19 pandemic is the difficulties with respect to the educational system, where the true reality that the educational system was based has exposed to; the same one that for years was lethargic and abandone; Therefore, through this review it is necessary to carry out a systematic review with respect to the policies establishe with respect to technologies, since this has been the main means that has had to be used to avoid reaching an educational exclusión; Therefore, it is necessary to know what policies are those that have been implemented at a loca, regional and global level in terms of technology and connectivity in order to know how these policies can solve the various connectivity situations, since it is the main reason for developmet not to stall. In this review, we used some reliable databases, the UNESCO Thesaurus, articles from the last 5 years, and indexed journals, as well as the grid to specify where the articles are being taken from, with the data of authors and their respective Works.
