Management of the PRONOEI of Cycle I and the Early Childhood Development of the children of Metropolitan Lima – 2020

Abstract
The objective of the research entitled “Management of the PRONOEI of cycle I and early Childhood development in metropolitan Lima” was to determine the relationship between the management of the PRONOEI of cycle I and early childhood development in metropolitan Lima in 2020. The methodological aspect presented a quantitative approach of a basic type, with a non-experimental design and a correlational scope. The study sample was made up of 89 coordinating teachers of cycle I in metropolitan Lima, as a data collection technique a survey and two questionnaires were used to obtain information regarding the variables. The instrument was validated by validating the judgment of experts who agreed for its application, and its reliability was determined by Cronbach’s Alpha, whose value was 0.988 for the instrument that measured the management in the PRONOEI and 0.985 for the instrument that measured the early childhood development. The results obtained were that the management of the PRONOEI cycle I is not significantly related to early childhood development in metropolitan Lima -2020, being that from the Spearman statistical test 0.129 with the value of p =, 224 higher than the value of α = .0 5.
