Quality Management in Higher University Education

Abstract
This study shows the review, analysis and critical interpretation of a series of contributions regarding the quality of university higher education, addressed in indexed articles, which includes research and publications, framed in organizational management towards a quality of service educational and its continuous improvement; based on quality assurance, adapting to the requirements of labor demand and social changes; also focusing on the contributions of the accreditation processes under certain standards verified by the evaluating bodies to respond more efficiently and effectively to the challenges of an increasingly demanding and globalized society. The methodology used was the review of articles with a qualitative and analytical explanatory approach. The results of the review and analysis and interpretation of the journals consulted with quality issues in higher university education. It was concluded that quality assurance is established by public policies in search of accreditation of universities.
