Procurement of the State and Supervisory Body: the case of drug supply in a health establishment in Lima 2020

Abstract
The present investigation "State Contracts and Supervisory Body: the case of drug supply in a health establishment in Lima 2020", had as general objective was to identify whether the State Contracts and the State Contracting Supervisory Body (OSCE ) allow the strengthening, dynamism and savings in purchases for the supply of medicines in a health establishment in Lima 2020 ?. The method was of a basic type, qualitative approach; case study design, developed in a third level hospital, applying the interview to eight officials from the logistics, procurement, strategic goods and warehouse office, the technique to collect the information was the interview. Obtaining the following conclusions: The law and its contracting supervisory body (OSCE) do not show the strengthening, dynamism and savings in the drug supply process.
