This study examines the impact of a unit based on inclusive playful practices on the psychomotor development of a seventh-grade student with Down Syndrome during Physical Education classes in the first trimester of the 2024–2025 school year. Its objective was to design and implement a pedagogical proposal adapted to the student's needs. The research followed a qualitative, descriptive case study design. Interviews, non-participant observation, and recording sheets were used. Results show improvements in coordination, autonomy, and social integration, concluding that adapted play fosters meaningful learning in inclusive educational contexts.
