Teaching workload in times of pandemic, stress factor and it´s on remote teaching

Abstract
The present article aims to establish that the teaching workload in times of pandemic is a stressor that impacts remote teaching, a qualitative cross-sectional study was carried out, whose design is non-experimental and at the same time it is action research. The results show that teaching work is quite complicated due to the various functions that it has to fulfill, which is why this work was always stressful and, due to the pandemic, the workload, especially the administrative workload, was increased, exacerbating the stress in the students. teachers, being a factor that impacts the remote teaching of students.
