Abstract
The objective of this article is to determine the extent to which occupational risks influence the occupational health of healthcare personnel at the Hospital Nacional Dos de Mayo. Initially, some antecedents related to labor risks and occupational health are raised; subsequently, a conceptualization of the variables is carried out, and finally, it is emphasized that the mismanagement of occupational risks influences occupational health. It was concluded that occupational risks have a negative influence on the occupational health of the personnel of the Hospital Nacional Dos de Mayo.
