Social networks, virtual education as a learning model in university students

Abstract
Introduction. This article addresses the educational need in globalization through social networks and various virtual technologies, generating new learning from anywhere in the world. Objective, carrying out the systematic review aims to identify those digital tools as a learning model through technological innovations for teaching-learning. Materials and methods, were scientific articles taken in the databases Latindex, Index, Redalyc, Eric, Scopus, Dialnet, Psychol, Scielo and Google Academic, 52 potential articles were selected. Result, social networks are learning spaces and contribute to knowledge through virtual platforms, they facilitate information, thought and the most used means are WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and smartphones; They can be connected from any space, it is related to EVA under the e-learning modality, and that teachers must be in constant technological training. Conclusions, the learning model in social networks, virtual education is highlighted in the need to use different technological means, provide affordable educational platforms and means, therefore the teacher must be constantly updated, innovative playful and promote linear learning.
